 | rudy625 RJ,like you,I am trying to breed for fragrance. So my question to you is this;
in your experience,which parent do you think passes their fragrance better,the pod parent,or the pollen parent ? Any help from you or any other member would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for any opinion from any member.

Welcome KarenS about 4 months ago KarenSFreds crosses are beautiful, I have a Rubirosa X Pink Perfection started from seed in 2009 It started to bloom last year and am so excited to see what it does this year. The cuttings are about 1 foot all we need is sun, hopefully soon, tired of the rain in B.C.

Welcome Ken a year ago KenHello everyone. I live way up north and need to grow mine in pots. Not a problem at all because they are worth all the time and effort I put into them. I hpoe to learn from others and maybe even share the litle that I know myself. I've only grown three cultivars and one is about 12 years old now. I added a few new plants this year to my small collection thanks to a web friend and purchades a few too. Please feel free to contact me anytime. Ken G.

 | KOZMO KOZMO Why do we not have a seed bank ? and if we do why is it so hard to find, purchase, etc. I posted where I had lost all my plants from back in 2007, I offered to buy seeds, or cuttings from others but have had no replies, I don't know if someone is mad or I done something, I have belonged to abads when there was on a handful of members. I always considered us bruggers as a family, whereas I don't post a lot I still listen and read when I had questions. I'm still interested in BUYING, I have nothing to trade now, I have donated in the past to the seed bank, I understand that this site is still new, but I still like to start my collection or whatever I can get. Another thing while I'm rambling, I cannot contact anyone I once knew. I don't want to buy from Ebay etc. I also was told I won some seed or cuttings but didn't know how to pay for postage etc. Thxs for letting me vent, I love my flowers that I lost, Maybe you could past this on to other members as I too computer illiterate,,,Thanks KOZMO Bill Niemeyer a year ago | | |
